The Multipurpose Room project is a modular, multifunctional space I’m designing in collaboration with four other international students as part of our Socio-Spatial Design elective. This space addresses diverse employee needs, with easy assembly and disassembly to adapt to various office locations. Suppose the company we’re designing for approves the concept. In that case, it will be realized in the offices that need that space, offering dedicated areas for prayer, a calm environment for neurodivergent individuals, a private space for breastfeeding, and an intimate setting for important meetings. Our design prioritizes inclusivity and well-being, creating a flexible and supportive environment for a diverse workforce.
